Pulled pork with caramelized onions: quite a simple dish to prepare, and the outcome is outstanding.
The recipe I used suggested using pork shoulder or tenderloin but I used chops (Svensk Rapsgris Kotlett) and it worked perfectly. The recipe is available here.
